Logline (Less than 50 words): No one leaves the IRA and lives to tell about it, that was until, Charlie O'Neill. Follow Charlie in a desperate fight for life, freedom, family and love, in this fast paced, fist pounding, bomb shattering action-adventure. Body armor not included.
Synopsis (Less than 200 words): Charlie has spent his entire life fighting the occupying British forces. Being a calvary scout with the Real Irish Republican Army, he was the man to come to for secret information. But the warfront changes after he narrowly survives an assassination attempt from his own comrades. And, no matter how far he runs or how hard he fights, the troubles of Ireland won't let him go without a trail of blood and collateral damage.
Thousands of miles away, old troubles become newer ones still, when what started out to be a simple burglary against a new foe, led him to discover two abused children. Convinced that he is the good-hearted burglar, who steals unwanted children away from their evil adopted parents, they followed him into a world of danger and suspense.
But they are not alone, as Fiona (his fiancee) and Jenkins (a long time friend) arrive to help him end the troubles that haunt him.
Follow Charlie from the cobblestone streets of Belfast, Ireland to the sunny skies of Dallas, Texas, in a high speed struggle for life, freedom, family and love. Once you do, you'll come to know just who that Good-Hearted Burglar really is.
Author Bio (Less than 200 words): Cooper was raised in, Odessa, Texas during the oil boom days of the 70's and early 80's. In 1986, he copyrighted his first collection of short stories and poems. After publishing several books, he became interested in writing movie scripts and in 2005 he copyrighted his first collection of six motion picture scripts under the title of, Scripts In Hand. His first introductory script into the movie industry started out as a song he wrote as a teenager that he titled, The Troubles of Ireland. That song then became the short story, The Good-Hearted Burglar which was included in his second published book, Coop's Corner Collection.
Cooper's goal is to turn his collection of short stories, songs and poems into motion picture scripts. He also wants to write a TV Show he has been developing.
To date, Cooper has earned a master's degree in Biblical Studies with Andersonville Theological Seminary, a certificate in ministry from Howard Payne University, a certificate in writing children's books from Professional Career Development Institute. He trained at Texas A&M in firefighting, was the QC inspector during the Jamestown coversion project in Port Aransas, Texas. He trained at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo, as a combat engineer, for the Texas Army National Guard. Currently, he is working with mentally retarded and handicapped individuals.

Emulates what movies: This script has the energy of the Jason Bourne trilogy from its chase and fight scenes and has the intense manhunt thrust of The Untouchables as global law enforcement agencies combine their wits to find, O'Neill before the IRA does.
Cost: High budget film script. May include overseas travel, lodging and shot locations. Does involve high speed auto chase scenes, explosions, large array of costumes, downtown scenes, actual locations of cities, neighborhoods, houses, offices, hospital, racetrack, roads, and ships, etc.. There are a dozen primary actors needed, not to mention the many law enforcement officers, bikers, racers [and so forth] utilized in secondary acting roles as extras.
Movie Facts: The utilization of certain people groups and interest within the script, translates to 100 million plus persons with backgrounds found within the story. Conclusion? The more relatable the story, the more marketable that story will prove to be. There is an obviously large support base of potential viewers, both here and abroad, due to the cultures and genre of this script. Irish motion pictures have proven good money makers; such as, Road To Perdition that grossed 104,000,000 million dollars and Gangs of New York that raked in 97,000,000 million dollars. These figures have probably been dwarfed by their back end earnings of DVD's and TV licensings.
